BASI Level 3 & 4 Work and Train Course

Zermatt, Switzerland | Winter 2026/27

Teach during peak weeks. Train for free during quiet ones.

What Is Work & Train?

This is not your average training course. Our Work and Train Program allows Level 2 instructors to join our team in Zermatt, teach during the busy weeks, and receive free professional training from BASI Trainers and ISTD instructors throughout the quieter periods.

You’ll live, work, and train in one of the most iconic resorts in the world - surrounded by a team of like-minded instructors working toward the same goals. Whether you want to pass a specific BASI Level 3 or 4 exam, complete your full ISIA qualification, or just take the next step in your teaching journey, we’ll help you get there.
