Originally from Wales, Steve has coached and examined instructors across the UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and Switzerland. He now lives year-round in Zermatt and leads Connect's technical programme.

Steve thrives on helping instructors develop into better teachers and better people. He loves that skills learned through skiing often transfer into other parts of life.

Steve holds certifications across BASI, APSI, CSIA, PSIA, and the Swiss system. He brings a global toolkit to his coaching and is known for making complex concepts feel intuitive.
