Originally from Nottingham, Helen began instructing on indoor slopes in the UK before moving to Zermatt in 2018. She’s also worked in roles like concierge, chalet host, and nanny - all of which inform her warm, guest-focused approach.

After a break from corporate life, Helen found a deeper joy in teaching skiing. She’s passionate about sharing the mountain lifestyle and believes skiing is for everyone, no matter their starting point.
