The Role:
Ski Instructor
Location: Zermatt, Switzerland
Contract Type: Seasonal FULL or Part time
Minimum CERTS: BASI Level 2 or equivalentAs a Connect instructor, your job is to deliver meaningful, technically sound lessons that reflect our teaching philosophy. You’ll be responsible for preparing and executing each day with professionalism, adaptability, and a focus on client experience.
You’ll also play an active part in our community — giving and receiving feedback, joining team training, and contributing to a culture of shared learning.
What We’re Looking For
BASI Level 2 or higher (Level 3+ preferred)
Passion for teaching and personal development
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, professional, and adaptable on snow
Strong technical foundation and love of skiing
First Aid certified and fully equipped
Fluent in English (extra languages welcome)
Responsibilities
Teach safe, enjoyable, and impactful ski lessons to all levels
Communicate clearly with clients, parents, and team members
Prepare thoroughly: know your client, manage the logistics, and carry essentials (charged phone, first aid kit, tools)
Represent Connect professionally on and off the mountain
Stay connected to team comms (via WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Engage in ongoing development through reflection and training
Support and embody the Connect values in every lesson
